Macleans Park has fabulous views of Tamaki Strait to Rangitoto Island. As well as bush and streams. It is a great place to take your dog – it is a dog friendly walk and the park is an off-leash area.
Our walk takes you down through the park to Eastern Beach where you may be tempted to go for a swim on a warm summers day. There are two playgrounds for the children.
And you can always take a picnic to enjoy down along The Esplanade.
