I have just come across a great blog called Ponder Mountain.  Hop on over and take a look...(and enjoy the photos too)

We hear from our doctors and in the news that we need to be healthier, but for many of us, adapting to a healthy lifestyle is a hard transition.  If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
